The Saint Pierre cuvée is vinified from a selection of Vaillons, bottled after two years of ageing (one year in vats, one year in barrels). It is characterised by its great maturity and pleasant roundness.
Ageing capacity :
The “Cuvée Saint-Pierre” blossoms towards its 5th year but can only benefit from a longer ageing.
Well exposed in the middle of the hillsides, this location is favourable to the ripening of the grapes and generally produces supple and open wines from a young age.

This Climate is enthroned in the centre of the Grand Côte, south-west of Chablis, facing south-south-east, on a very limestone subsoil, expressing all the mineral typicity of Chablis wines.
It produces a generous, fleshy and incisive wine, more complex and ample when it comes to the “Vieilles Vignes” cuvée.
Ageing capacity : 20 years and over
